Assistant Property Manager

Self Storage Consulting Group SSCG is the leading provider of self storage third party management and we have an exciting opportunity for a part time Assistant Property Manager at our facilities inDavis and Weber Counties.
This position rotates and manages different facilities on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic outgoing selfstarter who has excellent sales marketing and customer service skills.
Field customer transactions questions and concerns Manage the daytoday sales of units Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns Accurately enter date and prepare documents Maintain facilities reports filing on a daily basis Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items Make daily bank deposits and post office drops Maintain grounds and exterior property on a daily basis Provide administrative support to the management team MUST have a valid DL and auto insurance Excellent communication and customer servicesales skills Outstanding time management and organizational skills Ability to multitask and complete assigned duties within a specified time frame Able to work independently and with minimal supervision Effective judgment and decisionmaking skills Proficient in typing Microsoft office and basic computer skills Willing to work in all outdoor conditionselements Schedule Monday Tuesday WednesdayFriday from am to pmSaturday from am to pm with a midweek day off.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
