Responsibilities:
Field incoming telephone calls Greet guests Communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times.
Make guests feel appreciated Assists with booking and confirming birthday parties Assist Office Manager in general office duties such as managing our lost and found, filing documents, cleaning the office, etc.
Required Skills:
Must be at least 16 years old Have reliable source of transportation Excellent self-management skills Well-groomed and neat appearance Team player with energetic and enthusiastic personality Excellent communication and organization skills Proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.
) Ability to work in fast-paced, stressful environment Available to work nights and weekends Typical Hours - Monday-Saturday 5:
