CFO Ortho PLLC CFO Ortho PLLC Kaysville, UT Kaysville, UT Part-time Full-time Contract Part-time Full-time Contract $30 - $45 an hour $30 - $45 an hour 13 days ago 13 days ago 13 days ago Duties - Review transactions for consistent categorization - Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements - Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with client regarding unclassified transactions - Generate management reports for clients Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred - Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP - Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online - Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and account reconciliation - Ability to perform accurate 10-key typing - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Note:
