Excellent written & oral communication skills Good organizational skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel Answer multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional manner Greet all clients as they enter our facility Sort incoming mail, and mail out invoices Clean cut and professional appearance Ability to work with minimal supervision Other experience is a plus, such as:
general office clerk, receptionist, customer service, phones, reception, front office assistant, front desk coordinator, administrative assistant, secretary, office support, admin assistant, office administrator, administrative support.
