This role is part-time (25-30 hours/week), you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive and seamless experience.
What You'll Do:
Be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and other needs to help the business operate efficiently.
Contribute to the smooth operation of the office by anticipating needs and proactively taking on tasks to optimize workflow.
Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate and consistent information to customers.
What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively resolve customer issues.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software programs.
A positive attitude, team player spirit, and a willingness to learn.
