50 an hour 3 days ago 3 days ago 3 days ago GENERAL OVERVIEW The Customer Service Associate is the first point of contact with our customers and sales reps regarding orders and questions.
KEY DELIVERABLES Manage incoming communication, including telephone calls and customer service email box Ensure all orders are entered accurately into NetSuite, via manual entry and system imports Manage customer claims for damaged or incomplete product orders SPECIFIC JOB TASKS Incoming Communication - phone, email Answer incoming/make outgoing calls from/to customers and sales reps regarding order placement, payment issues, and account information verification/changes Return voicemails from customers and sales reps Redirect calls to correct individuals and educate customer where to contact in future Customer Maintenance - phone, email Manually enter new customers into NetSuite Import new customers via Brandwise/Excel Update customer info as needed on existing customers Manage call tags for returns due to damages, GS errors, rep order entry Issue credit memos for open invoices; create new credit memo for paid invoice Enter new orders for damaged/missing product Order Entry and Imports Trade Reps - manual entry into NetSuite from emailed POs or phone calls Gift Reps - import from Brandwise/Markettime and import to Celigo; review info in NetSuite Gift Reps (Fujii) - import orders using BookCentraal upload via Excel to NetSuite eBook - import from Apple, google, PGUK, Raincoast, Overdrive, Open Road, monthly Review and approve Faire orders (checking for customer in NS and updating rep if necessary) Manage EDI orders and prepare shipping documents Process end of day paperwork and save shipping documents into NetSuite Sales Assistance Direct new customers to sales team to be setup Answer questions about account terms, assist with customer complaints or issues Take basic credit card payments when a customer/rep provides Assist with sales / pr samples as needed Help with special sales accounts ex:
HomeGoods, Camping World, etc Other tasks as assigned Job Type:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
