Customer Support Representative, Position Available in Kaysville, UT
We are a local company that manufactures Barn Door Hardware and Barn Doors for homes and commercial properties. Thanks to HGTV and other home improvement networks, our business has grown substantially over the past few years. We pride ourselves with providing our customer with the best customer service in the industry. With this growth, we are needing to increase our customer support and are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist our customers in order placement, installation solutions, and other support responsibilities. We will teach you everything you need to know. If you have a fun personality and enjoy working in a team environment, we need you on our team!
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries. Attracts potential customers by answering product questions and suggesting additional products. Comfortable working independently to resolve issues. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism to a wide range of customers.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute)
The ability to work in a team environment and is self-motivated!
1 - 2 years experience in customer support or service field
Proven customer support experience.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills are necessary
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school degree
40 hours a week M-F 8:00am to 5:00 pm with an occasional Saturday

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
