Job Description
Here is what you will do as a customer success manager:
Work with new accounts to establish goals and a vision for implementing the program.
Build relationships with teachers and administrators to encourage usage.
Find innovative ways to develop, nurture, and prepare customers for advocacy.
Provide ongoing customer support to ensure retention - including implementation,
troubleshooting technically issues, and user error.
Identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.
Advocate customer needs/ issues cross-departmentally.
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate fits the following:
Prior experience in Customer Service, maybe even some sales.
1
year of Customer phone interaction experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Available to work Monday-Friday, full time.
Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust to new priorities on-the-fly.
Confidently owns and resolves any situation.
Happy & Emotionally intelligent.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
