Education Industry iSolved andor other Human Capital management software experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to labor relations employment law talent acquisition employee benefits development programs company culture and performance management.
Initial Duties Potential Future Duties Education Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources or HRBusiness Administration or related field required.
Physical Requirements This position requires significant amounts of computer work reading of printed and digital documents and the need to attend meetings.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Other Requirements Working Environment Work schedule is expected to align with regular workday schedules with some flexibility.
The working environment is a temperaturecontrolled office.
