00 AM MountainGeneral Purpose Supports the College Mission and serves students, employers, and the College community by providing quality Web and Graphic Design job skills training in a safe, clean environment.
Presents technical training to students.
Develops training curriculum as required.
Maintains a positive and productive learning environment by working collaboratively with students, staff, faculty, and College partners.
Success of an adjunct instructor includes the ability to:
collaborate, simplify, communicate, advocate, celebrate success, build trust, empower others, and improve the College community and its programs.
The work schedule for this position will be 2-4 nights a week Monday-Thursday 6-9 pm.

Encourages and exemplifies professionalism and good work habits.
Maintains and implements a classroom management plan consistent with College policy.

Performs other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications Certification in web and graphic design or related.
Three (3) years of related field experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign), WordPress CMS, and foundational Web Languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Must have demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and instill industry-related concepts and skills, critical thinking skills, computer skills, and ability to foster a productive learning environment.
Must be able to deliver instruction in a variety of methods, and produce instructional outcomes.
Position may require the ability to work a flexible schedule including periodic evening or weekend hours.
May be required to enter or teach at off-campus worksites, if applicable PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Additional education and experience beneficial.
Prefer Bachelor's degree in Web and Graphic Design.
Must have proven ability to lead, including the ability to act as an advocate for the College in all partnerships.
