- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register - Prepare and serve food items according to company standards - Upsell and promote additional products or specials to customers - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations - Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices - Assist with food preparation as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within the company.
