Working with potential and existing clients as they interface with our firm Managing the office calendar, contact, and case database Using templates and other software to generate first drafts of various documents Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, etc.
)
Qualifications:
A great love and concern for people, and particularly seniors Strong communication skills Ability to learn new things quickly Previous experience in secretarial, administrative, or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multi-task Strong organizational skills Strong computer skills Job Type:
