Technical Support Specialist
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who will work hard and contribute their talents. The desired candidate must work well in teams, have a positive attitude, possess good communication skills, ability to learn new skills, proficient with Microsoft desktop software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc), and demonstrate a commitment to deliver quality service to our customers.
Job responsibilities include:
Provide service and technical support to customers throughout North America for ATM's (Automatic Teller Machine) and their components. This includes front line telephone support, troubleshooting, diagnostic, and complete resolution.

Year Customer Service Experience
Phone and Keyboarding skills (minimum of 25 WPM)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Technical/mechanical/electrical familiarity a plus
College education a plus
Bi-Lingual a plus
