Customer Support Representative

We are looking for an energetic, happy, and stellar customer support representative to assist us with our day to day customer support and administrative duties. These duties would include answering phone calls, interaction with customers, processing orders, resolving customer concerns, sorting out customer claims, assisting with customer order shipments and pickups, and miscellaneous administrative duties. Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, accurate, organized, and detailed oriented, are the minimal requirements for a qualified candidate. This is a part time position located in our Kaysville office, with the possible opportunity to move to a full-time position. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
