Estimator/Project Manager

Proven successful experience in competitive bid process. Meet financial objectives by accurately forecasting both labor and materials requirements. Responsible for the preparation of job scopes. Prepare cost estimates and bid documents for construction projects or services. Manage change orders and extra work requests. Prepare RFI's as requested. Participate in walk-throughs with perceptive knowledge towards detail for layouts, etc. Identify new business opportunities and projects to bid. Design cabling schematics, layout of IDF, MDF, and MPOE. RCDD strongly preferred. Knowledge of building codes and wiring standards, including BICSI guidelines and EIA/TIA standards.
Project management of structured cabling jobs, etc. Provide maximum client satisfaction by being on time and under budget. Proficient in all copper and fiber optic cabling. Establish timelines and daily goals for crews on the job. Coordinate materials purchasing with timely delivery in respect to work in process. Intimately familiar with all aspects of the scope and coordinate paperwork for invoicing.

Ability to respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines.
Knowledgeable in all aspects of copper and fiber cabling.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
