We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who will work hard and contribute their talents. The desired candidate must work well in teams, have a positive attitude, possess good communication skills, have the ability to learn new skills, be proficient with Microsoft desktop software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc), and demonstrate a commitment to deliver quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities include:
Provisioning new applications for ATM operators and ATM locations. Interacting with different systems to ensure the correct setup and accounting for ATM transactions. Being the primary support person for our large customers needs. This requires regular communication with customers (primarily via phone and email with some face to face interaction), relationship building, handling confidential information, detail oriented data input and review, and the ability to manage workload to accommodate customer requests.

Compensation:
$25 - $30K plus incentives and a nice benefit package
Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM
At least 2 years of customer service experience
Strong writing and grammar skills
Phone and Keyboarding skills (minimum of 25 WPM)
Attention to detail and accuracy
College Degree a plus
Bilingual a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
