Project Managers Assistant / Field Clerk

The Project Assistant/ Field Clerk supports Project Managers in reaching financial, scheduling, and customer service goals of multiple ongoing construction projects. PA arranges logistics for project meetings, training, and ensures communication and workflow between field foremen and main office. PA will keep accurate records of key decisions, job progress, change orders and invoicing, and will create completion reports to send to customer at the end of each job. ability to maintain productivity with minimal supervision.
o REQUIRED:
1 - 2 years of high level Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, Outlook, Project. Team Player:
Ability to excel in fast-paced office with dynamic projects and people.
o Construction Industry field experience is highly preferred.
o Demonstrated ability to multi task several projects at once and follow through on all projects.
o Strong analytical skills including ability to work with large amounts of data while working on complex issues.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
