Accounts Payable Clerk / Data Entry Specialist TEMP Immediate Hire
The Accounts Payable Specialist works closely with individuals throughout the organization to perform & ensure accuracy of project accounting. This includes processing purchase orders & vendor invoices, assisting with cash disbursements, reconciling vendor accounts/statements & responding to inquiries.
2 - 5 years previous experience with job cost accounting in QuickBooks. Must be proficient with QB Enterprise Edition.
Must type 55
WPM with fast and accurate 10 key.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Proficiency and accuracy in performing high-volume job-cost data entry into QuickBooks.
Strong personal skills including follow-through, critical thinking, organization, attention to detail and dependability.
Effective verbal & written communication skills with internal and external customers.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize & independently manage time.
