Superintendents Helper
Up to 30 hours per week
Assist and report to the Superintendent on a daily basis.
Daily onsite visits to all projects under construction.
Prep new homes for delivery.
Assist with post-closing warranty claims.
Coordinate activities delegated by Superintendent.
Manage site cleanliness including SWPPP compliance.
Install and maintain all marketing signs.
-previous experience in construction a plus.
-Must have reliable transportation with insurance, (mileage will be compensated).
-Ability to sustain physical labor and the conditions typical of construction sites.
