Ignite Spot Customer Advocate

Job Description
Ignite Spot is an outsourced accounting firm located in Kaysville, Utah. We serve businesses all through the United States. We are hiring for a new position in our company called a client advocate. Your responsibility is to make sure the clientâ  s needs are being met by our operational team and to advocate for the client when they are not. The ultimate purpose of this position is to reduce client fall off by being proactive and showing them we care about them.
Responsibilities
â ¢ Contact each client once a quarter to assess satisfaction
â ¢ Compare sales proposals to actual work performed
â ¢ Represent the clientâ  s needs to our operations team
â ¢ Work with management to apply an increase or decrease to clientâ  s fees as needed
â ¢ Help all new clients through the onboard process
â ¢ Call all new clients weekly for the first month of engagement
â ¢ Work with any upset clients as their advocate to finding a solution
Qualifications
â ¢ 3+ years of experience in customer service and telephone support
â ¢ A bright and kind personality
â ¢ Organized and capable of handling multiple projects
â ¢ Experience with productivity tools like Google calendar, Gmail, hangouts, etc.
â ¢ Exceptional writing and grammar skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
