Treatment Coordinator
Job Description
We are a quality-focused practice seeking an orthodontic or sales and marketing professional. The Treatment Coordinator's primary job is to sweep our patients off their feet, from the new patient phone call through the start of treatment. An energetic, organized and self-motivated individual is desired to demonstrate the excellent care, sincere environment and quality treatment our doctor and staff provide.

The Treatment Coordinator will take the patient from the new patient exam and walk them through the beginnings of orthodontic care.
-Explains Treatment
-Answers patient questions
-Set up financial arrangements
-Assist with insurance
-Schedule Appointments
-Manage the Kids Club observation program
-Participate in office marketing programs and events
The Treatment Coordinator's purpose is to create a fun, exciting, nurturing environment that the patient will truly enjoy.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
-Associates Degree and/or 2
years in sales, marketing or orthodontics
-Enjoys working with people
-Clear communication skills
-Computer proficiency
-Self-motivated and an effective team player
-Organized and able to multi-task
-Problem-solves with ingenuity
-Remains calm in high-pressure situationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
